Hi, I’m Iida, a beauty therapist who graduated in December 2025. I have over 11 years of experience in various customer service roles, which have taught me how to meet all kinds of people, listen to their needs and build trust through genuine, attentive service.
Working as a beauty therapist brings together all my passions: people, creativity and working with my hands. I started working alongside my studies at my home studio, where I’ve had the pleasure of welcoming wonderful clients for the past year and a half.
I’m bubbly, approachable and easy to talk to, and many new clients have told me it feels as though we’ve known each other for years. That means a lot to me, because creating exactly that kind of atmosphere is what I want every visit to feel like. I love the little details and creating beautiful results. There’s also a little perfectionist in me, so I always approach my work with care and heart.
Most importantly, I want to create a moment that feels truly yours – a chance to relax, be yourself and forget about everything else for a while. I hope to see you soon ♡

Hi, I’m Linda, a beauty therapist who graduated in August 2025. My original profession is surface treatment, and I worked as a painter for several years before deciding to take my career in a completely new direction – from plastering and painting walls to beautifying much smaller surfaces.
My interest in becoming a beauty therapist really took hold in recent years, although I’d been thinking about the idea on and off since secondary school. I started working as a beauty therapist from my home studio alongside my studies, and after graduating, I continued running my home studio alongside my other work. It has been wonderful to see a lovely group of regular clients form around me so early in my career.
What fascinates me about being a beauty therapist is the hands-on nature of the work, the visual aspect and the opportunity to work with all kinds of people. The profession brings together the things I value most in my work: working with my hands, creativity, being social and, most importantly, being able to create a good feeling and a sense of beauty for another person through my work.
If you ask the people close to me what I’m like, my sense of humour is often one of the first things they mention – along with the fact that I can find something to talk about with anyone, anytime and anywhere. During a treatment, you’re welcome to chat, laugh and catch up, but you can also simply slow down and enjoy some peaceful time for yourself. Whatever feels best in the moment.
To me, being a beauty therapist is about so much more than beauty care. The best part is seeing how even a small moment in the middle of everyday life can bring a sense of well-being, relaxation and confidence. I want every client to leave feeling just a little better than when they arrived.
See you at Soul Spa!

Hi, I’m Tinja. I graduated as a beauty therapist in August 2025. My dream of becoming a beauty therapist began when I was in upper secondary school and realised I wanted to work with my hands and create something meaningful through my work.
After upper secondary school, I started doing eyelash extensions, which sparked my passion for the beauty industry even further. Alongside this, I also worked in schools and day-care centres, but I was eager to learn more about the beauty industry, so I decided to take a new step in my life.
I enjoy working with all kinds of people. I’m naturally humorous, determined and approachable. When working with clients, trust and creating an individual experience are the most important things to me.
To me, beauty care is about taking a moment to pause, relax and take care of yourself. I want to provide high-quality service where everyone can leave feeling at least a little more relaxed and confident than when they arrived.
I hope to see you at Soul Spa!

Susanna – creative thinker, developer and people person.
I’m Susanna, an entrepreneur originally from Hollola who has called Lahti home for many years. Life has also taken me abroad, where I’ve gained valuable experience of different cultures, customer service and well-being. These experiences have shaped the way I think and strengthened my belief that the best experiences are built on quality, creativity and genuine care.
My work is about much more than management. It’s about connecting with people, developing operations, discovering new opportunities and building for the future. I enjoy turning new ideas into reality and creating an environment where people can grow, learn and succeed.
I’ve been an entrepreneur for 20 years across a range of industries. Creativity is at the heart of everything I do, whether it’s creating the right atmosphere, developing new services or designing seamless experiences.
At the Spa, I’m responsible for leading and developing the business, creating new service concepts and building our operations for the long term.
While these are the areas my work focuses on, people are what matter most to me. I believe in the power of listening, being present and creating genuine human connections. Every client deserves to be seen and treated as an individual – and that’s where a truly meaningful well-being experience begins.
Together with our team, we wanted to create a spa in Lahti where well-being, memorable experiences, a beautiful environment and exceptional customer service come together. Our goal is to create a place where you leave feeling peaceful, inspired and genuinely good.
